By visiting the Eternally Linked Bling website, booking an appointment, or receiving our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services. Eternally Linked Bling is owned and operated by Catrina Hull, based in Payson, Arizona.

Services

Eternally Linked Bling provides permanent jewelry services, including the welding of clasp-free bracelets, anklets, necklaces, and belly chains directly onto the client's body. Services are available by appointment at our Payson, AZ studio and at select events throughout Arizona.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including if we determine that a service would not be safe or appropriate for a particular client.

Permanent Jewelry — Important Disclosure

We will explain the process in full before beginning any service. You are welcome to ask questions at any time. By allowing us to proceed, you confirm that you understand and accept the permanent nature of the jewelry.

Clients under 18 years of age must have written parental or guardian consent present at the time of service.

Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be booked through our website booking form or by contacting us directly. We will confirm your appointment via phone or email.

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to illness, emergencies, or events outside our control.
• Walk-ins are welcome at events when space allows, but are not guaranteed a time slot.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Pricing is listed on our Styles & Pricing page and is subject to change without notice. The price you are quoted at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.

Charm add-ons, custom lengths, and event pricing may vary. Final pricing will be confirmed before your service begins.

Refunds & Returns

If your jewelry breaks within 30 days of your appointment due to a defect in the chain or weld, we will repair or replace it at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, physical trauma, or intentional removal.

If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Health & Safety

We use professional-grade, skin-safe jewelry and follow strict hygiene practices. All equipment is properly maintained and cleaned between clients.

By booking a service, you confirm that:

• You do not have any known metal allergies to gold filled, sterling silver, or the materials in your chosen piece
• You do not have a medical device (such as a pacemaker) that could be affected by our welding equipment
• You are not pregnant (out of an abundance of caution regarding spark exposure)
• The area where jewelry will be placed is free of open wounds, rashes, or irritated skin

If you have any health concerns, please consult your physician before booking.

Aftercare

Permanent jewelry requires minimal care. We will provide aftercare instructions at the time of your appointment. Following these instructions is your responsibility. We are not liable for issues arising from improper care after you leave.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Eternally Linked Bling. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this website without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eternally Linked Bling and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability in any matter related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Gila County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
